Join us for a Spring Painting Holiday in Italy with the Travel Department
Italy is the perfect destination to enjoy a painting holiday – sunny piazzas, lakeside vistas, a rich artistic and cultural heritage and fabulous food and wine. Travelling light with sketchbook and watercolours, we can soak it all in and bring home a unique memento of our trip.
This seven night half board Travel Department holiday costs €769 per person, sharing. This includes your flights, transfers, half board in the four star Grand Hotel Liberty, and three guided excursions – to Venice, Verona, and a boat trip on Lake Garda, as well as three full leisure days to relax and explore as you wish.
We will sketch as we go, with many opportunities for quick impressions on our excursions. The painting tuition fee of €300, payable separately, will include tuition, demonstrations and individual guidance over five days – three excursion days as well as two guided sketching days. We will also have time for discussion and sharing our sketchbooks every evening. Non painting partners and friends are very welcome.
